HOTLINE An internal team of technicians will provide unlimited and free help desk telephone support through all available media (even via fax, e-mail and Internet).
REMOTE ASSISTANCE Dialog Sistemi technicians will guarantee a remote assistance service with online connection to the customer’s system for any kind of information, suggestions or online removal of anomalies or errors.
CALL CENTRE A call centre to track errors and system breakdowns will assist you to ensure timely resolution of issues. The cases reported and their resolution will be memorised in the data warehouse system so to be available for the entire structure. Customers will be asked to provide suggestions to improve the solutions.
UPDATE A report will be sent periodically including suggestions and bug reports and also patches to fix the problems. If you have a maintenance contract you will also receive updates for free.
